Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thebizwork.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Bizwork ("Bizwork", "we", "us", or "our"), a business based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it in any way that damages, disables, or impairs the Site, or interferes with anyone else's use of it.

2. Services

Bizwork provides marketing services including strategy, content production, campaign management, and related consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms in the event of a conflict.

3. Engagements and payment

Engagements typically begin with a three-month pilot and continue on a monthly retainer basis unless otherwise agreed. Fees, invoicing schedules, and payment terms are set out in your agreement. Late payment may result in work being paused.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and approvals, and any access, materials, or brand assets reasonably required for us to deliver the services. Delays in providing these may affect delivery timelines.

5. Intellectual property

Content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and imagery — is owned by Bizwork or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Ownership of deliverables created for a client transfers on full payment, unless your agreement states otherwise. Bizwork retains ownership of its underlying methods, templates, and know-how, and may reference completed work in its portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

6. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement.

7. No guarantee of results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform algorithms, and your product or offer. While we work to measurable objectives, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or rankings.

8. Third-party platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms (for example, Meta, Google, TikTok, or scheduling and analytics tools). We are not responsible for their availability, policies, pricing, or actions, including account restrictions imposed by them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizwork will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or business opportunity. Our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may end a monthly retainer with 30 days' written notice, unless your agreement states otherwise. Fees for work performed up to the termination date remain payable.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
